Refund policy
- We offer easy returns within 14 days after the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- In case of any missing part of the products or the packaging, the courier can not pick up the items from your side.
- In case of refunding for no reason or just changing your mind, the order can be returned but subjected to return fees to be paid by the customer.
- In case of a manufacturing fault, you should contact us immediately on our pages within two days max from the receiving date if the two days have passed unfortunately your order cannot be returned
